Every Complements of Cheryl D piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for your piece to be created before shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery typically takes an additional 5–8 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Please note that delivery time is separate from our 3–5 week handcrafting timeframe.

We currently offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@complementsofcheryld.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the item and all original packaging and contact us within 5 days of delivery. For complete information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please see our Refund Policy.
